#### 5 Application of regulations under National Energy Retail Law 5 Application of regulations under National Energy Retail Law > The regulations, as amended from time to time, under the National Energy Retail Law set out in the Schedule to the South Australian Act— > > > (a) apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the [National Energy Retail Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2012-37a), subject to modifications prescribed by the regulations under this Act, and > > > (b) as so applying may be referred to as the National Energy Retail Regulations (NSW).
