94 Establishment and purpose of Traditional Owners Fund
(1) VicGrid must establish and maintain a fund to be called the Traditional Owners Fund.
(2) The purpose of the Traditional Owners Fund is to confer benefits, derived from the development and operation of system infrastructure (within the meaning of section 95(6)), on traditional owners impacted by that development and operation.
