85A Consolidated Fund appropriated for payments to eligible persons and for VicGrid's costs under this Part
(1) The Consolidated Fund is appropriated to the extent necessary for every payment made to an eligible person under this Part.
(2) In addition, the Consolidated Fund is appropriated to the extent necessary to pay VicGrid amounts to cover the costs that VicGrid incurs in performing functions and exercising powers under this Part.
