68B Providing false or misleading information
A person must not, in purported compliance with a market information instrument, provide information to VicGrid that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 240 penalty units.
