55H Exemption from Freedom of Information Act 1982 (1) A document which contains— (a) protected information within the meaning of the National Electricity (Victoria) Law; or (b) information acquired in the course of, or otherwise in connection with, VicGrid's performance of its declared network functions or its REZ planning functions— is an exempt document within the meaning of the **Freedom of Information Act 1982**.
