54AExcluded area Order

54A Excluded area Order (1) The Minister may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, declare an area of Victoria as an excluded area. (2) An excluded area Order must set out the boundaries of the excluded area, including a map of the area. (3) An excluded area Order may contain any other matters the Minister considers appropriate. (4) The Minister must publish in the Government Gazette the Minister's reasons for making the excluded area Order at the same time as the Order is published in the Government Gazette.
