47 General principles governing AER determinations The provisions applicable to the determination of an access dispute in the National Electricity (Victoria) Law apply to a determination by the AER of a dispute under this Division with the following changes— (a) section 131(1)(c), section 131(2), section 132 and section 133 do not apply; (b) any further changes necessary to adapt those provisions to the determination of a dispute under this Division.
