40 Current VENCorp transmission determination (1) On and after the transition day, the approved VENCorp revised pricing methodology is to be taken to— (a) apply to prices to be charged by AEMO for prescribed common transmission services and prescribed TUOS services provided by AEMO by means of, or in connection with, the declared shared network on and after the transition day; and (b) is to be regarded as the AEMO pricing methodology. (2) On and after the transition day, every reference to VENCorp in the approved AEMO pricing methodology is to be taken to be a reference to AEMO unless the context otherwise requires.
