27 AER may request amendment of distribution licences and distribution service related code or guideline (1) The AER may request the ESC to amend— (a) a distribution licence; or (b) a code or guideline published by the ESC that relates to the provision of distribution services. (2) On receiving a request under subsection (1), the ESC may, after consulting with the AER, amend the distribution licence, code or guideline (as the case may be).
