16V Regulations (1) The Governor in Council may make regulations prescribing the amount of electricity for the purposes of the definition of ***small customer*** set out in item 34.1 of Schedule 4. (2) Regulations made under this section may— (b) differ according to differences in time, place or circumstance. Pt 3 Div. 6A (Headings and ss 16VA–16VQ) inserted by No. 28/2020 s. 3.
