145 VicGrid liable to pay AEMO criminal fines
(a) AEMO is convicted (whether before, on or after the commencement day) of an offence it has committed performing a Victorian network function before the commencement day; and
(b) a fine is payable in respect of the offence.
(2) The chief executive officer of AEMO may prepare a statement allocating liability to pay the fine to VicGrid.
(3) If the statement is approved by the Minister—
(b) the statement allocates liability to pay the fine to VicGrid; and
(c) VicGrid is liable to pay the fine as if it had committed and been convicted of the offence.
