143 Proceedings to which AEMO was a party If, immediately before the commencement day, proceedings to which AEMO was a party and relating to the performance of a Victorian network function were pending or existing in any court or tribunal or being conducted by a dispute resolution panel, then, on and after the commencement day, VicGrid is substituted for AEMO as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as AEMO had.
