139 Property, rights and liabilities allocated in accordance with statement
On the relevant date—
(a) all property and rights of AEMO, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement, vest in VicGrid in accordance with the statement; and
(b) all liabilities of AEMO, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement, become liabilities of VicGrid in accordance with the statement.
