133 Superseded references to VicGrid (AO)
A reference to VicGrid (AO) in any Act or in any instrument (including a subordinate instrument) made under or for the purposes of any Act, or any other document (by whatever name) prepared or made under or for the purposes of any Act, must be construed as a reference to VicGrid—
(b) if not inconsistent with the subject matter.
