130 Proceedings to which VicGrid (AO) was a party
If, immediately before the commencement day, proceedings to which VicGrid (AO) was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after the commencement day, VicGrid is substituted for VicGrid (AO) as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as VicGrid (AO) had.
