120 Definitions ***Administrative Office*** has the same meaning as in the **Public Administration Act 2004**; ***instrument*** includes a document and an oral agreement; ***liabilities*** means all liabilities, duties and obligations, whether actual, contingent or prospective; ***property*** means any legal or equitable estate or interest (whether present or future and whether vested or contingent) in real or personal property of any description; ***rights*** means all rights, powers, privileges and immunities, whether actual, contingent or prospective; ***VicGrid (AO)*** means the Administrative Office established by Order in Council under section 11 of the **Public Administration Act 2004** and published in the Government Gazette on 15 February 2024.
