11B Prescription of provisions of the regulations as civil penalty provisions (1) The regulations may prescribe a provision of the regulations as a civil penalty provision. (2) A reference in the National Electricity (Victoria) Law or the National Electricity (Victoria) Regulations to a civil penalty provision is taken to include a reference to a provision prescribed under subsection (1). (3) Subsection (2) applies despite anything to the contrary in the National Electricity (Victoria) Law.
