114 Consultation on initial grid impact assessment guidelines (1) This section applies if VicGrid conducts consultation for guidelines before the commencement day that would, if section 33G were in force when that consultation was conducted, meet the requirements for consultation for guidelines under that section. (2) On the commencement day— (a) the guidelines in respect of which the consultation was conducted are taken to be guidelines for the purposes of section 33G; and (b) the consultation is taken to be consultation conducted for the purposes of section 33G.
