111 Superseded references to AEMO that relate to AEMO's Victorian network functions A reference to AEMO in any Act or in any instrument (including a subordinate instrument) made under or for the purposes of any Act, or any other document (by whatever name) prepared or made under or for the purposes of any Act, must be construed as a reference to VicGrid— (b) to the extent that the reference relates to a Victorian network function conferred on AEMO; and (c) if not inconsistent with the subject matter or any modifications under this Act or regulations.
