108 Definitions
***commencement day*** means the day on which Division 1 of Part 2 of the **National Electricity (Victoria) Amendment (VicGrid Stage 2 Reform) Act 2025** comes into operation;
***Victorian network functions***, of AEMO, means—
(a) AEMO's declared network functions; and
(b) AEMO's functions under an Order under section 16Y.
