108 Definitions

commencement day means the day on which Division 1 of Part 2 of the National Electricity (Victoria) Amendment (VicGrid Stage 2 Reform) Act 2025 comes into operation;

Victorian network functions, of AEMO, means—

(a) AEMO's declared network functions; and

(b) AEMO's functions under an Order under section 16Y.
