106 Proceedings to which the CEO VicGrid was party
If, immediately before the commencement day, proceedings to which the CEO VicGrid was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal (including proceedings in which the CEO VicGrid is acting for and behalf of the Crown), then, on and after the commencement day, VicGrid is substituted for the CEO VicGrid as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the CEO VicGrid had.
