105 Administrative Office Head of VicGrid (AO) to be CEO of VicGrid (1) The person who, immediately before the commencement day, was the Administrative Office Head of VicGrid (AO) is taken— (a) on the commencement day, to cease to be employed as that Administrative Office Head; and (b) on and after the commencement day, to hold office as the chief executive officer of VicGrid subject to the terms and conditions of appointment determined by the Board of VicGrid. (2) The terms and conditions determined by the Board of VicGrid for the purposes of subsection (1) must be no less favourable overall than the terms and conditions of employment of that person as the Administrative Office Head of VicGrid (AO) immediately before the commencement day.
