104 Definitions ***Administrative Office*** has the same meaning as in the **Public Administration Act 2004**; ***Administrative Office Head*** has the same meaning as in the **Public Administration Act 2004**; ***CEO VicGrid*** means the person employed as the CEO VicGrid under section 52 (as in force immediately before the commencement day); ***commencement day*** means the day on which Division 2 of Part 2 of the **National Electricity (Victoria) Amendment (VicGrid Stage 2 Reform) Act 2025** comes into operation; ***VicGrid (AO)*** means the Administrative Office established by Order in Council under section 11 of the **Public Administration Act 2004** and published in the Government Gazette on 15 February 2024.
