104 Definitions

Administrative Office has the same meaning as in the Public Administration Act 2004;

Administrative Office Head has the same meaning as in the Public Administration Act 2004;

CEO VicGrid means the person employed as the CEO VicGrid under section 52 (as in force immediately before the commencement day);

commencement day means the day on which Division 2 of Part 2 of the National Electricity (Victoria) Amendment (VicGrid Stage 2 Reform) Act 2025 comes into operation;

VicGrid (AO) means the Administrative Office established by Order in Council under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 and published in the Government Gazette on 15 February 2024.
