102 Public notification of independent review commissioned by VicGrid (1) VicGrid must publish notice of a review under section 102 on a website managed by it. (2) Before VicGrid publishes notice of a review, VicGrid must consult the entity conducting the review as to the date on which VicGrid must publish the notice. (3) A notice published under subsection (1) must— (a) set out the purpose of the review; and (b) invite written submissions from the public; and (c) specify the period within which the public may make written submissions, which must not be less than 30 days.
