100 Initial review by VicGrid to conduct review of community benefits framework (1) VicGrid must conduct and complete a review of the operation of the community benefits framework before the second anniversary of the commencement of this Part. (2) VicGrid must conduct the review consistently with any applicable statement of expectations. (3) VicGrid must give the Minister a written report of the review within 30 business days after the review is completed. The report must set out the findings of the review and any recommendations of the review. S. 101 inserted by No. 38/2025 s. 50.
