18ZA Obligation of AER to monitor compliance
(1) The AER must monitor compliance of regulated entities with the Retailer Reliability Obligation.
(2) Each of the following persons is a regulated entity for the purposes of this Division—
(a) a liable entity;
(b) another person prescribed by the Rules.
