80 Clause S6.2.1 modified After clause S6.2.1(e)(3) (3A) However, in calculating the value of the regulatory asset base for a distribution system in this jurisdiction as at the beginning of the first regulatory year of the 2nd regulatory control period, the previous value of the regulatory asset base must be adjusted for the difference between: (i) the estimated capital expenditure for any part of the 2014-19 NT regulatory control period or 1st regulatory control period where that estimated capital expenditure has been included in that value; and (ii) the actual capital expenditure for that part of the 2014-19 NT regulatory control period or 1st regulatory control This adjustment must also remove any benefit or penalty associated with any difference between the estimated and actual capital expenditure. This subparagraph expires on 1 July 2029.
