55 Clause 6.5.8A modified After clause 6.5.8A(e) (1) the capital expenditure sharing scheme that is in force in the other participating jurisdictions on 1 July 2016 is taken: (i) to be the capital expenditure sharing scheme in force in this jurisdiction (subject to any amendment or (ii) to have been developed by the AER on 1 July 2016; and paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) in developing the capital expenditure sharing scheme.
