53 Clause 6.5.2 modified After clause 6.5.2(q) (qa) For the application of these Rules in this jurisdiction: (1) the Rate of Return Guidelines that are in force in the other (i) to be the Rate of Return Guidelines in force in this paragraphs (m) and (n) in making and publishing the Rate of Return Guidelines; and (3) despite paragraph (p)(1), the AER need only review the Rate of Return Guidelines when it is required to review the Guidelines in the other participating jurisdictions.
