51 Rule 6.4A modified After rule 6.4A(c) (1) the Capital Expenditure Incentive Guidelines that are in force in the other participating jurisdictions on 1 July 2016 are taken: (i) to be the Capital Expenditure Incentive Guidelines in force in this jurisdiction (subject to any amendment or paragraph (b) in making and publishing the Capital Expenditure Incentive Guidelines.
