50 Clause 6.4.5 modified After clause 6.4.5(b) (ba) For the application of these Rules in this jurisdiction: (1) the Expenditure Forecast Assessment Guidelines that are in force in the other participating jurisdictions on 1 July 2016 are taken: (i) to be the Expenditure Forecast Assessment Guidelines in force in this jurisdiction (subject to any amendment or paragraph (a) in developing and publishing the Expenditure Forecast Assessment Guidelines.
