> > (1) Section 120 (2A) of the National Electricity Law set out in the Schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1996 of South Australia does not apply to an agreement between a regulated distribution system operator and a person who is a small customer within the meaning of the [National Energy Retail Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2012-37a).
