11 Eligibility to receive support for specialist disability accommodation

A participant is eligible to receive support for specialist disability accommodation under the National Disability Insurance Scheme if the CEO is satisfied that: (a) the participant: (i) has an extreme functional impairment (see section 12); or (ii) has very high support needs (see section 13); and (b) the participant meets the SDA needs requirement (see section 14).
