#### 25A Simplified outline of this Part This part sets out the special arrangements for a registered NDIS provider. This part takes priority over certain specified provisions of these rules for providers as set out in this part. These arrangements are necessary for the orderly transition of providers into the jurisdiction of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, by having regard to existing use of restrictive practices and existing plans addressing the use of restrictive practices.
