#### 23 Form of behaviour support plan containing a regulated restrictive practice (1) The registration of a specialist behaviour support provider is subject to the condition that any behaviour support plan prepared by or on behalf of the provider that contains a regulated restrictive practice must: (a) be in the form approved by the Commissioner; and (b) include any information, and be accompanied by any documents, required by the Commissioner. (2) The Commissioner must approve a form for the purposes of this section.
