#### 22 Review of comprehensive behaviour support plans containing a regulated restrictive practice The registration of a specialist behaviour support provider is subject to the condition that a comprehensive behaviour support plan developed by the provider that contains a regulated restrictive practice must be reviewed by an NDIS behaviour support practitioner: (a) if there is a change in circumstances which requires the plan to be amended—as soon as practicable after the change occurs; or (b) in any event—at least every 12 months while the plan is in force.
