14Reporting requirements

#### 14 Reporting requirements (1) The registration of a registered NDIS provider is subject to the following conditions: (a) subject to paragraph (b)—the provider must give monthly reports to the Commissioner regarding the use of regulated restrictive practices by the provider; (b) if a registered NDIS provider obtains a short term approval from a State or Territory for the use of a regulated restrictive practice—the provider must report to the Commissioner on the use of the regulated restrictive practice every 2 weeks while the approval is in force. > Note: If the use of the regulated restrictive practice is also a reportable incident, it must also be reported in accordance with Part 3 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018. (2) A report under this section must: (a) be in the form approved by the Commissioner; and (b) include any information, and be accompanied by any documents, required by the Commissioner. (3) The Commissioner must approve a form for the purposes of this section.
