#### 30 Application of amendments made by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Amendment (2019 Measures No. 1) Rules 2019 (1) The amendments of sections 4 and 5 made by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Amendment (2019 Measures No. 1) Rules 2019 apply in relation to an assessment commenced on or after 1 January 2020. (2) The amendments of sections 9 and 10 made by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Amendment (2019 Measures No. 1) Rules 2019 apply in relation to an application under section 73C of the Act made on or after 1 January 2020. (3) Sections 13, 13A and 13B, as inserted by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Amendment (2019 Measures No. 1) Rules 2019, apply on and after 1 January 2020 in relation to a registered NDIS provider, whether registered before, on or after that day. (4) Despite the repeal of section 21 by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Amendment (2019 Measures No. 1) Rules 2019, that section continues to apply, in relation to an assessment commenced before 1 January 2020, as if that repeal had not happened.
