#### 18 Certain parts of the NDIS Provider Register not to be published A part of the NDIS Provider Register must not be published if: (a) the Commissioner considers that the publication of the part would be contrary to the public interest; or (b) the Commissioner considers that the publication of the part would be contrary to the interests of one or more persons with disability receiving supports or services.
