22 Purpose of this Part
(1) This Part is made for the purposes of subsection 73T(1) of the Act and sections 14 and 14A of this instrument. (2) It specifies the standards concerning the screening of workers and personnel when transitional arrangements apply in relation to a participating jurisdiction. (3) It also gives effect to the staged implementation of the national policy for NDIS worker screening, described in Part 12 (Transfer) of the Agreement.
