31 Referral to other organisations
(1) Nothing in this instrument prevents the Commissioner from referring an issue raised in a complaint to the Minister, the Agency, or any other person or body. (2) The Commissioner may continue to deal with an issue raised in a complaint even if the Commissioner has referred the issue under subsection (1).
