#### 73D False or misleading information or documents in application A person contravenes this section if the person: (a) provides information or a document in, or in connection with, an application for registration; and (b) the person knows the information or document is false or misleading in a material particular. Civil penalty: 60 penalty units. > Note: Part 7.4 of the Criminal Code provides offences in relation to false or misleading statements, information and documents.
