2 Commencement [see Note 1]
These Regulations commence:
(a) on the day after they are registered — regulations 1 to 5; and
(b) on 1 April 2010 — regulations 8 and 9, and Parts 3 to 5; and
(c) on 1 July 2010 — the remainder.
