6 Treatment of tribunal proceedings and orders under the old Credit Code before or after commencement (1) The new Credit Code does not apply in relation to: (a) proceedings that are brought in a tribunal under the old Credit Code of a referring State or a Territory before or after commencement; or (b) orders that are made by a tribunal under the old Credit Code of a referring State or a Territory before or after commencement; or (c) rights or liabilities arising in relation to proceedings that are brought in, or orders that are made by, a tribunal under the old Credit Code of a referring State or a Territory before or after commencement. (2) This Act and the National Credit Act are not intended to exclude or limit the operation of a law of a referring State or a Territory relating to: (a) proceedings that are brought in a tribunal under the old Credit Code of a referring State or a Territory before or after commencement; or (b) orders that are made by a tribunal under the old Credit Code of a referring State or a Territory before or after commencement; or (c) rights or liabilities arising in relation to proceedings that are brought in, or orders that are made by, a tribunal under the old Credit Code of a referring State or a Territory before or after commencement.
