40 Provisions to which this Part applies The provisions to which this Part applies are: (a) Divisions 1 and 2 of Part 2 (which deal with requirements to be registered etc. to engage in credit activities); and (b) Part 3 (which deals with the registration of persons to engage in credit activities); and (c) definitions in this Act and the National Credit Act, as they apply to references in the provisions referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b); and (d) instruments made for the purposes of any of the provisions referred to in paragraphs (a) to (c).
