#### 79 When statement of account not required
For paragraph 33(3)(b) of the Code, the level is $10.
> Note: Section 33 of the Code requires the credit provider to give the debtor periodic statements of account. Subsection 33(3) sets out the circumstances in which a statement is not required to be given.
> Note: Paragraph 33(3)(b) provides that a statement is not required if no amount has been debited or credited to the debtor’s account during the statement period and the amount outstanding on the debtor’s account is zero or below a level fixed by the regulations.
