#### 73 Additional disclosures about insurance financed by contract For paragraph 17(15)(c) of the Code, the term of each credit‑related insurance contract, if ascertainable, is prescribed. > Note: Subsection 17(15) of the Code sets out the disclosures to be made about credit‑related insurance contracts that are to be financed under the credit contract. Paragraph 17(15)(c) enables the regulations to prescribe additional particulars about the insurance that is to be disclosed.
