#### 60 Credit under Aged Care Act 2024—exemption from certain provisions of Code
The Code, other than sections 72 to 74 and 76 to 81, does not apply to a registered provider (within the meaning of the Aged Care Act 2024) to the extent that the registered provider is providing credit that is made and regulated under that Act.
> Note: Section 203B of the Code provides, among other things, that the regulations may exempt a person or a class of persons from all or specified provisions of the Code.
