#### 58 ADIs—exemption from Code
(1) The Code does not apply to the provision of credit by an ADI limited by the contract to a total period not exceeding 62 days.
> Note: Subsection 6(13) of the Code provides that the regulations may exclude the provision of credit of any class from the Code.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the provision of credit by an ADI under a buy now pay later contract.
