#### 49F Application—offences The amendments made by items 43 to 52 of Schedule 1 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (Strengthening Corporate and Financial Sector Penalties) Regulations 2019 apply in relation to the commission of an offence if the conduct constituting the commission of the offence occurs wholly on or after the commencement of that Schedule.
